Affinius Capital is the product of a strategic merger between USAA Real Estate and Square Mile Capital. After years of operating as separate entities, the executive team at USAA sought to merge the two brands. This was done to both consolidate their appearance to investors as well as unite the brands under a single investment strategy. After the official merger was complete, USAA sought to develop a launch video which would be the first point of contact to investors and the general public to unveil this new, consolidated company. Siegel+Gale, alongside a team of motion designers and production experts created a vibrant, informative launch video to excite and drive investment towards this new brand, Affinius Capital.
